<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i><u>DesignSafe Dataset Awards:</u></i></b> We are pleased to announce the inaugural DesignSafe Dataset Awards. These awards will recognize outstanding datasets published in the DesignSafe Data Depot. The selected dataset authors
will be recognized with a feature story on the DesignSafe website, will receive a certificate and Amazon Gift card, and will be invited to give a presentation at a future DesignSafe workshop or webinar. Nominations will be accepted until

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i><u>DesignSafe CI (DCI) Summer Workshop:</u></i></b> Another new DesignSafe initiative is the DCI Summer Workshop. The goal of this workshop is to bring together natural hazards researchers with DesignSafe computational specialists
to enhance their use of DesignSafe features through technical sessions and hands-on activities, including a Hackfest. The DCI Summer Workshop is open to graduate students, post-docs, and NHERI REU students. We are currently planning for an in-person event
in August, with more details to come.<o:p></o:p></p>
