[Announce] Update Complete Re: DesignSafe Releasing Updates & New Features Today - Service Interruptions Expected

We are releasing updates as well as new features today, and there will be some service interruptions that will impact the Data Depot and the Discovery Workspace.
We expect the portal interruption to last about 5 minutes. Jupyter will be unavailable for about an hour.
