Disasters and the Natural Hazards Center invite you to join us for a Researchers
Meeting on July 11-12 in Broomfield, Colorado. This meeting is
scheduled to immediately follow the </span><span style="font-family:Helvetica,sans-serif"><a href="https://hazards.colorado.edu/workshop/2018" target="_blank"><b><span style="color:rgb(0,119,221)">43rd Annual Natural Hazards Workshop</span></b></a></span><span style="font-family:Helvetica,sans-serif;color:rgb(68,68,68)">.</span><br></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 11.25pt;background:white;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Helvetica,sans-serif;color:rgb(68,68,68)">The 2018 Researchers Meeting will focus on
improving rapid reconnaissance research and will feature interactive sessions
designed to help the community identify pressing research needs, better
coordinate researchers and research teams, and improve data collection, sharing
and archiving. The meeting will include plenary and breakout sessions for paper
presentations and networking events for participants.</span><span style="font-family:Helvetica,sans-serif;color:rgb(34,34,34)"><span></span></span></p>

hazards and disasters research community. This year’s meeting is also designed
to convene researchers across disciplines who have recently received National
Science Foundation RAPID grants as well as those who have ongoing hazards and
