Kobe, Japan. It will be held in conjunction with the test at E-Defense of the
reinforced concrete structure, part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Resilience

test is scheduled during the first day of the meeting. An agenda for the
meeting is being developed with our partners from Japan.<br>

There is funding from NSF available to support a small group of U.S.
participants. Priority will be given to individuals who have submitted and/or
are working on submitting proposals under this collaboration. A few spots are
reserved for early career faculty and researchers from underrepresented groups.<br>
