FEMA P-2018, <i>Seismic Evaluation of Older Concrete Buildings for Collapse
Potential</i>, walks the participant through an evaluation methodology to
identify and prioritize seismically hazardous non-ductile concrete buildings
within a building inventory. Application of the methodology enables the
identification of buildings that have high collapse risk without the need for
extensive testing or nonlinear analysis. For additional information, please
