[eco-feedback] DesignSafe Issues

[Mason Mathews]

Hello,

I am trying to use my DesignSafe account. I reset the password. It says the
account is suspended. It doesn't say why or what I need to do to activate
the account. I tried to submit a ticket, but the password doesn't work
on the DesignSafe page. Please let me know how to fix the issues with my
account.
