[eco-feedback] Difficulty Searching for Co-Principal Investigators or Project Members by TACC Name

Dear DesignSafe Support Team,

I am currently trying to add a Co-Principal Investigator or Project Member to our project and have been using the TACC username to search for them. However, when I enter the exact username, they do not appear in the search results. Could you please assist with resolving this issue or provide guidance on how I can correctly search for and add users by their TACC username?
