To whom it may concern;
I had a license of designsafe software on my old work computer and have used the software, infrequently over the last 6 years.
Last month (May) I received a new work computer to work with, and the IT department and myself haven't' been able to transfer the license onto the new computer. could you let me know, what I need to do to transfer the license, please? - we did try to activate the software through the onscreen manual, but it did not accept the license number.
