Good morning. Thank you for reaching out.

Please select "Account help" at the bottom right hand of the login box when trying to log in. This will submit a ticket so that a DesignSafe TAAC representative can help you.

Unfortunately, I am not able to help with log in issues. I support the educational programming. I know there have been upgrades to security and NSF now requires dual authentication. After so many weeks the account is deactivated (mine too). There are no restrictions that I know of for being Canadian 🙂.
