[Ef] Submitting annual report through Research.gov

Dear Joy

Ross and I are working on submitting our annual report through research.gov
and have a question. When I logged last week, the table listing reports
due showed the first annual report was due April 30th, 2016, and future
annual reports were due on April 30th each year. Now when we log in (we've
both tried and see the same table), the due date for the first annual
report is in 247 days (I believe that's Jan. 1st, 2017), and due dates are
every year following. I had even started some minor editing in the first
annual report that was due April 30th, but that document disappeared.

Should we submit the annual report that is due in 247 days? Or should we
submit the annual report supplemental document as another interim project
report?

I've cc'ed the ef list in case anybody else has noticed the same.

Thanks.
-Dan
