[Ef] Bulk update to DesignSafe

We use Google Drive and One Drive, but due to some sharing and OSU policy issues, we will be changing to BOX before the fall.

We are planning to develop interfaces for these other Cloud services, but want to be sure to implement first the one that is most commonly used by the EFs.
