I think you have scheduled this meeting in Austin the same day as the CTSC Summit in D.C. Most probably, the EF representatives who would attend your meeting are the ones who are already planning to attend the summit.

We are planning an all-hands meeting for the DesignSafe team on August 15-16.  August 15 will be dedicated to project planning/discussions by the DesignSafe team, but we would like to invite our NHERI partners to participate on August 16.  This will provide an opportunity for more in-depth discussions with you regarding the DesignSafe plans and how they integrate with your work.
