DesignSafe Priorities 2020-2025

*        Build on the foundational elements of DesignSafe and enhance/expand capabilities

o   Enhance data management infrastructure in Data Depot

o   Fully integrate Data Depot and Workspace

o   Develop JupyterHub as the main workflow engine

o   Increase available tools, including AI and Machine Learning (ML) tools

*        Promote the transformative aspects of DesignSafe through exemplar use cases demonstrated by our Use Case teams

*        Train the next generation of NHE researchers

o   Online tutorials and training webinars

o   Hands-on tutorials at domain conferences

o   DesignSafe CI Institute (DCI)

o   NHERI Summer Institute and REU programs
