<p class="MsoNormal">I am happy to announce the deployment today of a new Data Depot interface that includes the ability to create shared spaces for Projects. This new interface, shown below, still has “My Data” and “Shared with Me”, access to your “Box.com”
account, and access to the Public NEES data under “Published”. However, we have added an area for “My Projects” where you can create a project and add collaborators, all of whom have access to the files and folders uploaded into the Project. You do not need
to be the PI to create the project, so EF facilities who would like to create projects for their users may do so. You may change the name of the Project, so if the team wants to change the name at some point, they may do so.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">There are still many features to be added to the Projects interface, including linking the My Projects files with the Discovery Workspace, implementation of the data models, and the deployment of a publication pipeline, but this is an important
step towards providing the research community with a shared workspace that supports their work.
