Hello*Dr. Julio*,

I am reaching out to you regarding your upcoming conference*NHERI Summer 
Institute - DesignSafe-CI *on*June 29 - July 1, 2020 *that is going to 
be held in*San Antonio, TX*. I thought you might be interested in 
exploring options to video record the sessions and or live stream them 
to your event community.

Traditionally, V-cube has been providing professional services for 
events like yours with camera equipment to capture, edit, and upload 
videos to an online library we create for the conference. We continue to 
do that. However, due to the current COVID19 pandemic, it has set limits 
and boundaries of social gatherings cancelling or postponing numerous 
events, worldwide. What V-cube USA is able to do in this time is help 
connect presenters remotely to online viewers in a virtual room where 
they can attend without having to travel.

We have offices in North America, Europe and Asia, and cover events on 
all continents (except Antarctica). We additionally have dedicated 
resources to help train, host, and monitor online webcasts for these 
virtual events.
