Hello Dr. Julio Ramirez, I reached out to you earlier regarding NHERI Summer Institute - DesignSafe-CI to offer onsite video with presentation slide live streaming and recording services for conferences.  I would like to mention that V-cube also offers Virtual Events Management services that might be of help to your organization to move your events or portions of your events online as an Event Contingency Plan.  This is to help bridge your community with remote presenters, and to help repurpose prior recorded content into Online Courses (using V-cube's LMS system) with certificate issuance.
