[Nheri-council] Council Meeting- CI Issue

Good morning, regretfully it was not possible to find a time where 
everyone responding to the
poll is available.

The best dates and times have only two facilities not available for the 
90 minute meeting.
UT Austin mobile lab has not responded yet.

These are:

Monday, Dec 19 from Noon to 1:30 PM ET (Not available FIU and UF)

Monday, Dec 19 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM ET (Not available UCSD and UF)

Tuesday, Dec 20 from Noon to 1:30 PM ET (Not available UF and UCD)

Tuesday, Dec 20 from 1:00 to 2:30 PM ET (Not available UF and UCD)

UCD has indicated that would be able to have a representative with 
voting rights
available either time on Tuesday, Dec 20. If UF can arrange for a 
representative, then
we will go for Dec 20, and ask UT Mobile to do the same.
