[Nheri-council] Council e-mail address

Dear Council Members,

For the last several days the NHERI-Council address has not been 
functioning properly as
I indicated in our last communication. Mike Packard from the designsafe-ci
team has been working diligently to resolve the issue and has indicated 
that it should be
fixed.

This e-mail message has a dual purpose. First, to check at Mike's 
request that the address
is working properly. Second, to send a gentle reminder to please respond 
to the polls if you have
not done so. So far I have received 6 responses for the Meeting 4 of the 
Council and 5 responses for the
Introduction of the SimCenter and RAPID facilities Webinar.

Jim R.: please check that you get two messages. I hope that your issue 
has been resolved as well.
if not, Mike might be able to help us.
