[Nheri-council] Summer Institute Governance Meetings

Julio, I do not know yet the detailed program, but there is on the 25th agenda items including the NHERI Science Plan
and Computational research and data management sites. So long as the meetings to not overlap with the science plan and especially computational research, I am open for any other time on the 25th.
