I just got back from overseas and am catching up on my e-mails. Although I don't know all the details about the TTC, it looks like geotech is not well represented (I see that Structures has been nicely divided into different subgroups and geotech is just lumped into one category with only two of the invitees accepting the invitations ... my guess is that a structural engineer developed this matrix). Clearly more geotech representation is needed.
