[Nheri-council] Poll for Sept-Dec 2018 meetings- Clarification

Council Members,

Just a clarification if the day selected is Thursday Sept. 6, we will 
move the meeting to
the following Thursday in September. 3 or 4 of us are taking part on the 
virtual NSF site visit on that date.

The dates in the poll were just the first in Sept. and meant to be 
representative to find out the
day and time of the week only. We can certainly adjust the actual date 
once the day and time have
been identified on account of circumstances such as those occurring on 
the 6th of September, if
Thursday is selected as the day of the week to meet during the Fall.
