[Nheri-council] [UTEXAS: ATTACHMENT UNSCANNED] Draft Agenda and two additional documents for Council Meeting on 3-7-18 at 3:00 PM ET

Good afternoon,

Please review the agenda and let us know if you plan to give updates 
under Item 2.

Note two additional documents attached to this message:

1. proposed item for the Annual Work Plan (AWP) of the Council (2.a.i) 
submitted by the NCO on behalf of several facility managers
and the scheduler (Dan Zehner). Let me know if you would like to invite 
the scheduler and a representative of the
facility managers to attend. Pedro Lomonaco, Dan Wilson and a few others 
managers have been involved in this activity.
If the Council has no objections or questions, it will be placed on the 
Council AWP for Year 3.

2. LoA with EUCentre - Pavia, it has been reviewed by NCO, Purdue legal 
and University of Pavia. It is submitted
to the full Council for review and after the Council review will go to NSF.
