Sorry for the late reply.  Ive been in DC these days.

Yes, the minutes look good to me.

One comment the Tech Transfer Committee ppt slides.    On Slide 3 of the ppt presentation, I noticed that there doesn’t appear to be anyone in the “tsunami/surge” column that had an expertise in coastal surge.

Gary Chock — structural engineer, tsunamis.
Joe Cibor —  geotechnical engineering
Phil Line — structural engineer, American Wood Council
Danielle Mieler— EERI, seismic risk

So, perhaps “tsunami” is represented by Gary, but would be be possible to request to the NIAC that they find someone who can speak to coastal surge/wave?   Chris Jones (whom I work with on ASCE 7-22 would be great, but it looks like he is unable to commit any time to this effort).    If it is not a COI, I would be happy to recommend some name of practicing engineers serving on the ASCE 7-22 Flood Load subcommittee for example.
