Hi all, 

Regarding our discussion of Facility Metrics, we still need sites to upload PDFs of (1) the metrics and/or graphics they use to convey utilization and throughput in their NSF reports, and (2) the three highlight examples from the site visit narratives for those who have had recent site visits. Please do this by Monday if possible, so we can review each other's examples prior to the conference call.

There will be several guests attending during the User Satisfaction Survey results discussion to help the Council in the identification of possible action items towards improving the user experience.

We also have ongoing items such as the metrics discussion and the big idea competition. Let me know if you wish to consider additional items.
