Hi Everyone!

Thank you again for the help with sending along information on your facilities. Will you please take a quick look at this handout (see link below) that I am hoping to distribute as part of the 20 minute overview talk for the upcoming NHERI Science Plan, Disruptive Technologies, and Research Campaign Workshop at NSF. You will see that this handout has names, logos, websites, and a short description for each of your NHERI facilities/resources.

PLEASE forgive any issues or errors, and I hope that you will make additions or updates as necessary.

Thank you in advance for your help!
Lori

Subject: REQUEST for high level overview information

Hi Everyone!

This is a follow up to each of the NHERI leaders per our discussion today on the wonderful call. Will you please send me your "high level overview" slide (or set of slides, or handout, or one sentence, or link, etc.) that you use to explain at a very high level what your NHERI work is all about.

As promised, I'll be working between now and the NHERI Science Plan Workshop (March 18-19) to pull together the overview slides (for the 20 minute opening) and then a "cheat sheet" to help with the interactive activity on Day 2!

I promise to send the slides back to you and the handout (once Julio has reviewed and approved!) so then you can approve your listing before the Workshop.

There is Facility Overview for all of you here (https://www.designsafe-ci.org/media/cms_page_media/595/NHERI%20Science%20Plan%20(July%202017).pdf) but for the 20 minute presentation, I will definitely be working to boil those great overviews down to something even much, much briefer and more digestible - then all the participants will have access to the longer overviews in the Science Plan briefing materials!

Thank you so much for helping with this, to make sure we can honor the important work you are doing (in a really quick 20 minute presentation!)

Thank you, thank you!
Lori
