[Nheri-council] Minutes of 6-12-19 meeting

Please review the minutes for accuracy and action items.

*Council Officers: *At the July meeting, we will be looking
for nominations/volunteers to serve as Council Vice-Chair.
Forrest will become the new chair in Year 4 at the end of our next meeting.
He is the current Vice-Chair, and has kindly agreed to serve a one-year 
term.
Ross will step down after his one-year term of service. Please join me in
thanking Ross for the  great leadership during his service as the 
Council Chair
during Year 3.
