You must have seen this by now, but just in case, here it is again.
Sometimes external e-mails are
embargoed until someone with administration rights releases them.

In short, submit names to get on the mailing list and see how the agenda
develops.

Thanks,
Julio

Julio:

I think all NHERI facilities could benefit from participation in this
workshop.  I suggest each facility send names to Ewa Deelman at USC/ISI
(see email below) to get on the workshop mailing list and see how the
agenda develops.  I have not seen an agenda.

Dear Joy,

I have a request for clarification on behalf of the Council. Based on
the topic of the workshop
( see image) and your message below, it would seem that unlike the
cybersecurity workshop where
DesignSafe-CI represented NHERI last year, all NHERI components,
including CONVERGE, should
send representatives as noted in your message.

Would you please confirm this?

Thanks,
Julio

    Dear NHERI Council:

The NSF Facility CI workshop will be held on September 16-17, 2019,
at the Alexandrian Hotel in Alexandria, VA.

    Website: http://www.facilitiesci.org/.

As soon as possible (ideally by NEXT WEEK) the organizers need to
receive names to invite from each facility:

      * At least one person in a CI managing position (who can speak
        authoritatively about it)
      * At least one person who can speak authoritatively about the
future science of the facility (and associated needs for
        computing, data etc.).

The agenda will be built around this, and topics assembled from
    their survey, http://tinyurl.com/facilitiesci.

Please send those names directly to deelman at isi.edu
<mailto:deelman at isi.edu>  and _fill out the survey_.

    Thank you.
