The minutes of the April 16 meeting are attached for your review.
Let me know if you wish to offer amendments. As agreed, the meetings in 
June, July
and August will be at the same time of 2:00 PM EDT on the first Thursday 
in each
month: June 4, July 2, and August 6.

Also, send us items that you wish to address during the May 7 meeting.
