[Nheri-council] Minutes from July 2 Council Meeting

Good afternoon,

The draft minutes are attached for your review and approval
during the Aug 6th meeting. This draft has been vetted by the three
Council Officers. Please let us know if you wish to offer amendments.

Prof. Liesel Ritchie, User Forum Survey Lead, will be our guest during
the meeting of the 6th. She would like to go over their planned survey 
activities
for the year, and let you know that her and her student will be asking 
for your
feedback on the module of questions. Liesel will will be working with
the SimCenter to improve the module with questions more relevant to its 
activities.
The question about surveying users of CONVERGE is still open. Liesel 
would like
to discuss this with Lori.
