We have also resolved the issue with sharing screens. We shall see.

*The draft Minutes from 5-14 are attached for your review. Note the 
following**
**action items:*

1.Aim to implement the new metrics at the facilities by the October NSF 
call for data,
and continue during the next 5 years of NHERI.

2. The Council recommended to proceed with planning in multiple 
modalities: i) virtual only,
ii) hybrid option with virtual and in-person options, and iii) 
in-person. The NCO will submit
a supplement request to NSF to support the planning only, then follow up 
as appropriate with
a request to implement the meeting.

3. Joe Wartman will talk with colleagues at UW before May 29th and 
contact Julio with possible
next steps. Council members Ellen R., Dan C., Joe W., Sanjay G., and 
Julio R.  indicated interest.
Deadline is June 5th.

Julio,

I believe I've changed the default meeting settings to allow anyone to 
share screens.  I'm hoping that works for all meetings and not just 
newly created ones.  I'll try to remain available for these times if 
needed.  There exists another option to add you as an alternate host, 
but we haven't tried using it yet.  I believe it requires the CI team to 
add you to their account to some sort of a zoom address book first, and 
we can try that if this continues to be a problem.
