[Nheri-council] Revised Council Meeting Agenda for tomorrow - NSF input

Dear NHERI Council:

I will not be able to attend the NHERI Council Meeting tomorrow since I will be helping with a panel.  

Several items to share with you:  

1)  Thank you all for your recent NSF reports submitted in research.gov.  I look forward to reading them!   Your prompt attention to timely submissions is greatly appreciated and valued.

2) I am very excited to share with you a new NSF award for the design of a mid-scale research infrastructure that was made in December 2021 through the NSF 21-505, Mid-scale Research Infrastructure-1, competition, and this design award will be part of NHERI.
