[Nheri-council] Revised Agenda for this Thursday

Colleagues,

The attached document contains a revised agenda for the meeting and the 
zoom meeting details.
Please review the User Forum Survey report and the request from Ian to 
provide him feedback by Feb 13 on the
draft of the Science Plan (both documents previously distributed). 
Maggie and Ian have kindly agreed to join the meeting
to answer questions on the two items respectively.

The NHERI discussion theme for this meeting is /Impact of NHERI: metrics 
and methods./ Bill Holmes (TTC chair) and Marti LaChance
will be joining as well to help with the discussion.
