[Nheri-council] Revised Agenda for June 8 attached

Good morning,

We have received a draft of the new agreement with approval from Japan 
and their proposed changes to the existing
one which expired last year. Two versions are attached, one with NIED 
first and the other one with NHERI first. I am
bringing it to the Council for review and comment. Please do not share 
outside this group as it does not have concurrence/
approval from NSF or Purdue. I look forward to our discussion as there 
are a number of issues related to it. For instance,
NIED/E-defense has suggested a sequence of meetings in preparation for 
the future collaborations. Another is that NHERI/NSF
would hope for more use of NHERI facilities and components in the future 
collaboration.

We have added an agenda item on this topic, hence the revised V2. It is 
entered as new business for 5 minutes, and if
the discussion warranted, it could be added to future agendas.
