Dear NHERI Council Members,

I'm reaching out to request that each NHERI site plan to have a poster presented at the Summit, unless you already have plans for a booth. Posters are currently being submitted during the Summit registration<https://www.designsafe-ci.org/natural-hazards-engineering-research-summit/2024/registration/> process; however, if you (or someone else representing your site) have already registered without a poster or with a poster on a different topic, you can still submit your poster title and abstract using this link: https://forms.gle/YY5kZKEZrnK2ceoP6. Additional instructions on poster format, printing/mailing, etc. are provided below.

In addition to posters, we plan to set up the tables for lunch on Day 2 with "topical hosts" to allow participants to engage in discussion on various topics. We hope for each site to have a lunch table so please plan for you and/or another person from your site to be available for the lunch discussion.

Thank you again for all of your support as we continue to plan this event. Let me know if you have any questions.

Jennifer
