[Nheri-council] NHERI EF metrics

Attached is the EF metrics spreadsheet we update quarterly. This is to give you an idea of the types of metrics we have been sharing from the Data Depot. You can click on a column heading for a definition/description of the metric, or there is also a tab furthest right that has the definitions.

We also provide the SimCenter with metrics regarding usage of their applications and we also compile usage reports of the applications we offer through DesignSafe including which applications are being used, how many jobs have been run, and how much computing time is being used.

The reports we generate tend to be for a given quarter or cumulative over a longer period of time.
Dan Cox had suggested that plots of a given metric over time may be a more effective way to show impact, and we have the ability to do that. We would generate these types of plots upon your request.
