[Nheri-council] Agenda for the 11/06/25 Council Meeting and Minutes of 9/04/25

Good afternoon,

The agenda has been updated to better reflect items of significance to 
NHERI during the NCE period.
Please review the Agenda as well as the Minutes of the September 
meeting. We have been working with
Natalie from DesignSafe to get the list updates. Just as a precaution I 
am also sending this to some
individual addresses, apologies for any duplicate messages in advance.
