    travel commitment. I would appreciate if you respond to the

    for the period of Dec 13 to Dec 22 to try to find a 1-hour period to

    discuss CI issues and<br>

    a few other important items: (i) results of the election of council

    officers, (ii) Council Annual Work<br>

    Plan and (iii) NIAC membership. <br>

    Please recall that in accordance to our operating procedures you may

    designate a representative <br>

    with full voting rights to attend if your schedule does not permit

    participation during the above period.<br>
