1. Note that our session is on <b><span style="font-weight:bold">Thursday April 19, 1:30 to 3:00 PM (90 minutes total)</span></b>. There are five

presentations in total (see below). I suggest that we plan of 16 minute presentations, including the

time for two questions in those 16 minutes. This will leave 10 minutes total for introducing the session and<br>
transition between each one of you. As always it is important to keep the schedule so that the final speaker (Joel)<br>
is not cut short on his time. <br>

3. I will share a folder in dropbox or similar so that you may load the presentation when ready and test it. Then, I will load it in my MAC.<br>
