    In accordance with the solicitation NSF 15-598 on Page 8, the

    Council must <i>"Publish an Annual Council </i><i><br>

    </i><i>Community Report on the NHERI website, summarizing the

      Council's current year progress, activities, </i><i><br>

    </i><i>and community impact and informing the community of the

      Council's plans for the next year"</i>.<br>

    <br>

    Here is the first draft of our Year 1 report for your review. A

    couple of items for your attention on this version:<br>

    <br>

    1. Please send me your award number to put on the first page.<br>

    <br>

    2. Note that Table 2.5.1 is still work in progress based on your

    input. I hope to address your comments received<br>

    after the 2/7 meeting and distribute a revised version this week. A

    couple of modifications will be to include the <br>

    number of days utilized for each facility in the period of

    reporting, and a note clarifying that some of the projects in<br>

    the column of projects from other agencies are partnerships entered

    with NSF, i.e. more like payload projects.<br>

    Let me know if you have questions and look forward to your comments.

    As I indicated at the meeting, it would be great<br>

    if we could publish the report this month or at least right after

    our meeting in March. At this time since we have not endorsed,<br>

    I respectfully suggest that we do not distribute outside this group

    please.<br>
