    A few items related to the meeting Agenda... please review for your

    action items-<br>

    <br>

        i) Review Council Item for the Annual Work Plan prior to the

    meeting. This<br>

        item is attached with tracked changes on. Comments/suggestions

    to improve it<br>

        are welcomed. Noticed that we still have a slots open for

    possible meetings.<br>

    <br>

        ii) Review Wallingford draft agreement (attached). It has been

    reviewed by the facility, Purdue legal<br>

        and NCO. Also, Dan Cox has provided input. The agreement

    development has been led by Ian Robertson<br>

        for the NCO.<br>

    <br>

        iii) Note NSF items, some b. and c. are time sensitive.<br>

    <br>

        iv) See Agenda Item 5 on "NHERI Summit"<br>

    <br>

    Finally, if you intend to report under Item 2 of the Agenda, we

    would appreciate a heads up and a brief summary to<br>

    include with the Minutes.<br>
