I am following up on one of the action items from our last meeting. The <br>
draft of the session proposal is attached. <b>Note the deadline for the submission<br>
is June 5th</b>. <br>

A couple of items for your attention:<br>

1. Please review the abstract and title of the proposal.<br>
<br>
2. Note that the we need the name of the presenters,<br>
title and abstract for the five presentations. Your help here identifying<br>
researchers using your facilities, including yourselves, and title and brief <br>
abstracts is needed. <br>
<br>
You can add your comments and suggestion for presenters etc in the attached<br>
document. I have left the track option on in the document.<br>
<br>
