Good afternoon/morning,<br>

Please review the attached minutes for accuracy and your action
items.<br>
In particular, under Item 4 note the action item opening the floor
for<br>
your nominations of Council Officers. <br>
<br>
As stated in the approved Council Operating Procedures, the officers
will work together<br>
in putting together the agenda for each meeting. The chair will
conduct the meeting with<br>
the support of the vice-chair, and the secretary of the Council. In
the absence of the chair,<br>
the vice-chair will run the meeting. The secretary serves notice of
the meeting and takes the<br>
minutes. In the operating procedures the stated term of the officers
is for one-year, although<br>
at the pleasure of Council it can be extended for one more term.<br>
<br>
We would like to have the new officers in place July 20, 2018.
Please send your nominations if<br>
you have not already done so, <b>by June 22</b> to allow time to
conduct the election. Just as a reminder,<br>
self-nominations are welcomed.<br>
