You may recall that we rescheduled the April Council meeting<br>
to the 16th to align it with the Large Facilities Workshop (April
14-16)<br>
in Alexandria, VA. <br>

Joy had commented that this would allow for a face to face meeting
at NSF depending<br>
on how many of the Council members/representatives were planning to
attend the<br>
Workshop.<br>
<br>
The purpose of my note is to find out if you or your representative
are planning to <br>
attend the Workshop and would be available to participate at the
Council meeting in<br>
person. This would allow us to: a) plan the agenda accordingly and
possibly ask Joy about<br>
reserving a room for the meeting at NSF. Remote participation would
be possible as well.<br>
