Dear Council members and Joy,
important attachments for your review and comment. Stephanie will be
a guest at the upcoming
Council meeting and available to answer questions. Note that her
request is time sensitive.

As you are likely aware, the UF conducts an
annual community user satisfaction survey for NHERI users. The
survey report of this year's assessment is attached to this email
as a pdf and a doc ("2020 NHERI USS Report"). We are asking the
NCO and Council to please review this document and send comments
back to me at ssmallegan@southalabama.edu.
We would like to publish this report as soon as possible, so
receiving your feedback by Friday, October 9 is requested
and greatly appreciated.

Next year, we are planning to conduct our annual survey and also
add a "survey module" to the user satisfaction assessment tools
currently used by NHERI facilities. This is an attempt to
streamline the data collection process from the user's point of
view and obtain data from known users of those facilities. This
module of questions will be simply added onto each facility's
assessment tool (e.g. exit survey) and the UF will request those
data from the facilities periodically throughout the year. The
module is attached as a Word document ("USSNHERIModuleQuestions").
We are asking the NCO and Council to please review this document
and send comments back by Friday, October 16.
