Good morning,<br>

I am following up with the request to poll the Council
about changing the<br>
start time of our meetings from 2:15 ET to 2:00 PM ET
during the period<br>
Jan-May 2021. The meeting dates are January 14th, Feb.
4th, March 4th,<br>
April 1st, and May 6th, 2021.<br>
<br>
If I hear no objections from the Council by December 18,
we will proceed<br>
to schedule the Zoom meetings on the dates above from 2:00
to 3:00 PM ET.<br>
Otherwise, we will continue at 2:15 PM ET.<br>
