        start date for your NHERI award, and are anticipating next year

        funding on January 1, then please make sure that you and your

        co-PIs have no overdue NSF reports between now and December

        16.   We plan to process all the funding actions by December 16,

        which is the date that the current Continuing Resolution for NSF

        expires.   Your attention to this important matter will be

        greatly appreciated.</p>
