</span></span></b><span style="background:white;mso-highlight:white">Plenary and thematic sessions will focus on this theme. However, we welcome researchers from all disciplines and encourage research submissions focused on any topic related to hazards and
disasters. In addition to providing updates on cutting-edge research, this year’s program will provide new opportunities for building research collaborations. New session formats will include training and networking sessions to help establish partnerships
and research-to-action synergies.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
