Dear colleagues:

Please help NHERI recruit another outstanding class of undergraduate
researchers for the summer 2020 Research Experiences for Undergraduates
program. Our research tells us that faculty encouragement is a primary
motivator for undergraduates to apply to this prestigious NSF-funded program

*The deadline for the NHERI REU application has been extended to Feb 12,
2020.*

During the 10-week summer program, undergraduates work with researchers at
one of NHERI’s world-class experimental facilities. Students receive a
stipend; travel expenses are included. In particular, NHERI's REU program
provides valuable, hands-on experience for students considering graduate
studies. The REU program is open to students in any major who are
interested in natural hazards mitigation.
