Lesson Plan Presentations - July 26th
On Wednesday, please be prepared to present your lesson plans at 11am Central Time. You will be virtually meeting with K-12 teachers who will implement your lesson plans in their classrooms. They will have questions for you. So be prepared! We will meet from 11am-2pm Central time at the link: https://DesignSafe-ci.zoom.us/j/760749918

So if you need to present early, please let me know ASAP. We will take a short break for lunch ~30 minutes. Teachers will receive your lesson plans on a flash drive and they will make modifications for their classrooms and age groups. They will ask questions during your presentation and they will receive your contact information (email address) in case they have questions after the presentation.

No Research Meetings this Week
Also, REU Block 2 will not meet tomorrow, Tuesday. The Wednesday Lesson Plan Presentations will take the place of both Research Meetings.

Practice Presentations - July 31st
On Monday, July 31st, we will be practicing presentations in the order that we will present in Florida. Please be prepared to participate in the presentation before yours and the one after yours.

For example, Ammar and Jide will log in to Diana's presentation and Jared's presentation. Jared will log in to Ammar & Jide's presentation and Duy's presentation.  Etc. etc. etc. Diana will log in to Ali's presentation and Ammar and Jide's presentation. This ensures all REU presentations will receive at least three sets of critiques.

You're welcomed to stay for all of the presentations!
