Dear REU students:

Great presentations today!  I know it's a first run for a lot of you, but you did VERY well!  Keep practicing and you'll be all set for Thursday and Friday.

Here are some announcements:

PRACTICE PRESENTATIONS
All times are in Central Time Zone. Remember that all will need to attend 20 mins before and 20 mins after your presentation time. I've included this list for your reference and also with some minor changes.

9:00am - Fernanda L. will be presenting. (Dominic and Ellie will be giving feedback.)

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
Attached you will find a tentative schedule for August 1st and 2nd. This may change. I will need your presentation titles ASAP to include and distribute.

ATTENDING THE PRESENTATION
Visitors coming to view your presentations will need to purchase a parking permit from the kiosk and check-in with the receptionist with a valid, government issued ID. Please send all guests to the following link for more information: https://www.tacc.utexas.edu/about/contact. Everyone is welcome to attend.

FYI: Lunch is ordered for all REU students only.
